Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a valid return process.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
